RMWAH owns the blue chip cattle finishing stations Labelle Downs and the adjoining Welltree Station, which together have a capacity to run approximately 30,000 head of cattle. The combined property is 99,400 hectares and located adjacent to the Litchfield National Park (Northern Territory).

The properties are unique environments which include coastline, high country, grazing pastures, floodplains, waterways, billabongs and a diverse range of native flora and fauna. Labelle Downs is also host to RMWAH’s biofuel trial plots of Pongamia pinnata and RMWAH’s tourism endeavours.

The stations are perfectly positioned in secure high rainfall areas and at the gateway to the lucrative export markets, providing an ideal base to develop an integrated beef, carbon and biofuel business.

Labelle Downs and Welltree Stations’ unique water security is derived from consistent high rainfall levels, natural flood plain and an extensive natural creek and river system, ensuring abundant year round supply of natural grasses and pastures to fatten cattle.
